&lt;p&gt;Opposition leaders have used the term &amp;ldquo;constitutional coup&amp;rdquo; to describe the current situation, which they say is an assault on democracy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Protesters in Dakar decry Senegal&amp;rsquo;s Macky Sall for postponing presidential election, saying they will vote.&lt;/p&gt;
